About Mortgage National
Mortgage
National Group is a Mortgage Distribution business founded in
2003 by Ashley Playsted. Ashley was born and bred in
Ballarat
One of Ashley's initial motivations was to
prove that you don't have to live in a capital city to be
successful and that a very successful business can be
Regionally based. The fact the business has grown 2000% in two
years and now employs over 30 people is testament to the
theory of work/life balance is achievable.
Our CORE
focus is all about our people and our business philosophy is
to offer people the opportunity to pursue their career /
business ambitions whilst at that same time not having to
sacrifice any part of their personal life. We have several
very successful people who have a great deal of fun and
happiness at the same time.
Ashley Playsted said
“We have a particular focus on offering women the
opportunity to pursue work/life balance – understanding that
women in the workforce face different challenges to
men.”
