Glasses anyone?

The John Fawcett Foundation together with Yayasan Kemamusiaan Indonesia regularly conducts vision checks for entire rural villages in Bali. A surprisingly large percentage of people screened are identified as candidates for cataract surgery. An equally significant of those examined suffer from impaired vision, easily corrected with a pair of eyeglasses.  One ladybird member is happy to take any unused glasses when she travels in December.  Email penny on ptreyvaud@bigpond.com

Hope you’ve got the diary blocked out on Valentine's Day next year.

Apart from our fabulous breakfast a group of ladybirds will be travelling together for a taste of Hong Kong that same day.  All attendees will have the chance to win that trip leaving at 3.50pm on Valentine's Day.

The Women & Success Survey is closing soon, with nearly 500 responses.  If you’re quick you can still take part. (click) .  We will be holding an exclusive event. All ladybirds who have completed the survey will receive a special invite to attend.
